MARCUS ANTHONY MALAN
After completing his LLB (Bachelors Degree) in 2005, Marcus completed his LLM (Masters Degree) in Private Law during 2008.
Law of Contract, Drafting of Commercial Contracts and Marriage Law formed the basis of his LLM degree.
Marcus is an admitted attorney and notary and has been practising law since 2006. He also has the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
Marcus is currently enrolled as a doctoral student at the University of Pretoria with specialisation in Private Law - Marriage Law.
Marcus specialises in Marriage Law, Notarial Practice, Immigration Law and Debt Recovery.
ANGELIQUE SCHEEPERS (Consultant)
After completing her LLB (Bachelors Degree) in 2001, Angelique completed her LLM (Masters Degree) in Commercial Law during 2003.
Law of Contract and Company Law formed the basis of her LLM degree.
Angelique is an admitted attorney and has been practising law since 2002. She also gained valuable international working experience in the UK when she
joined the legal team in one of London's greatest Boroughs in 2004 until 2006 where she also headed the legal section before she returned to South Africa.
Angelique specialises in Law of Contract and Commercial Law and also focuses on providing legal advice on the new Consumer Protection Act.
ELKE DE KLERK (Consultant)
Elke completed her BProc (Baccalaureus Procurationis) in 1995.
Elke was admitted as an attorney in 1999 and has been practising law ever since. She is also admitted as a conveyancer and a notary.
Elke specialises in all aspects of Property Law, Notarial Practice and Administration of Deceased Estates.
